About
Lapati was established by natural winemakers Vincent Jullien and Guillaume Gouerou in Sagarejo, Kakheti region, with a cellar completed in 2015 producing roughly 3,500 bottles a year. All wine is fermented in qvevri, with naturally sparkling wines making up more than half of production; grapes are sourced roughly half from Lapati's own vineyards across Kakheti, Shida Kartli, and Imereti and half from organic growers. The producer is a member of the Natural Wine Association.
