Khashmi Family Winery (Georgian Treasure LTD) was established in 2012 by young entrepreneurs in Khashmi village, Sagarejo Municipality, Kakheti, on the southwestern side of the Gombori Ridge east of the Iori River. The winery farms 10 hectares of Saperavi and produces all-natural wine exclusively from its own grapes using traditional Georgian methods, without additives or filtering.
