About
Khidistauri Wine Cellar was founded by winemaker David Kokashvili in Khidistavi village, Gori Municipality, Kartli region, with vineyards at 580 meters elevation near the Mtkvari River. It produces natural wine using traditional Georgian methods from organically farmed local grape varieties and is a member of the Natural Wine Association; the wines are not yet exported to the U.S. market.
