Shalo's Cellar produces natural wine using traditional Georgian winemaking methods dating back centuries, aged in qvevri. The winery is located in the mountainous Tetritskaro area of the Kvemo Kartli region, roughly 60 kilometers from Tbilisi, and aims to help revitalize Georgia's natural winemaking traditions. As of the sourced page, the winery was not yet represented in the U.S. market.
