About

Papari Valley is a family farm winery in Village Akhasheni within the Akhasheni appellation of Kakheti, on the slopes of the Gombori mountain range overlooking the Alazani River Valley. It released its first commercial vintage in 2015, growing Saperavi and Rkatsiteli across 9.3 hectares and fermenting in 21 qvevris using traditional Kakhetian methods.
