A rare Timorasso Derthona Colli Tortonesi DOC is produced in very limited quantities. The program also includes Alta Langa DOCG, Italy's original metodo classico from the mid-19th century. That wine comes from dry, well-ventilated terrain at medium to high elevation, harvested by hand with rigorous bunch selection and aged in wood barrels and barriques. Moscato d'Asti DOCG completes the portfolio. Wood selection happens annually, guided by cellar consultants, with aging duration varying by grape variety and vintage.
