Merwida is a 7th generation family winery located in the Breede River Valley near Rawsonville, South Africa, at the foot of the Du Toitskloof Mountains. With vineyards stretching over 800 hectares, Merwida is one of the largest private cellars in South Africa. The Van der Merwe family has nurtured the land since 1844, earning a reputation for setting the highest standards and is certified as a WWF Conservation Champion.
