Hope Family Wines began in Paso Robles in 1975 and remains family-owned and operated across three generations of winemakers. Austin Hope leads the program today. The portfolio spans Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre, anchored by Liberty School Cabernet Sauvignon, a staple for more than 40 years, alongside Liberty School Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Austin Cabernet Sauvignon, and the Treana Red and White Blends. Two tasting locations serve the house. Hope on Park sits in downtown Paso Robles, while Austin Hope & Treana Tasting Cellar occupies the Templeton Gap District. Reservations are required for visits.
