Pablo, a Galician winemaker from a family with generations of organic winemaking, spent five years developing a process that removes alcohol while preserving mouthfeel, taste, and aroma without weird chemicals, added sugar, or unusual flavour additives. Hollow Leg specializes in alcohol-free wine. The portfolio includes Albariño and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with Sparkling White Cuvée and Sparkling Rosé. Each 150ml glass contains 0.4g of sugar and 9 calories.
