High Note Winery began its winemaking journey over 15 years ago in Spring Valley, California, before establishing itself in Orland in 2008. The program centers on Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, sourced from Circle S Vineyards in San Benito AVA. A Best in Class winner at the San Diego County Fair, the winery has expanded distribution across California with free delivery in Del Norte County. The Crescent City tasting room at 851 3rd Street is open Thursday and Friday 4-8pm, Saturday 1-8pm, and Sunday 1-6pm. The tasting room is dog-friendly. High Note commits 10% of sales to music-focused nonprofits.
