Ken Schultz began crafting mead as a hobby in Victor, Montana in 1975, digging a wine cellar beneath a tipi floor while he and his wife Lisa built their home by hand. Over four decades, the program has grown to include a Traditional line of honey meads spanning more than twelve flavors, from straight honey to chokecherry, alongside Contemporary Meads that have earned recognition. Each bottle is handcrafted in Victor, Montana.
