Hex and Hop operates two locations across upstate New York. The Bloomingdale Brewery & Meadery, at 1719 State Route 3, produces brews and meads from fresh local ingredients. The kitchen stays open until 8pm daily, 7pm on Sundays. Hours run Tuesday through Friday from 4pm to 9pm, Saturday noon to 9pm, Sunday 1pm to 8pm, closed Mondays. A second tasting room sits at Blue Mountain Lake, 8897 NY-30, open Thursday and Friday 2pm to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday noon to 8pm, closed Monday through Wednesday.
