Herdade da Mingorra is a family-owned agricultural estate in Alentejo founded by Henrique Uva 40 years ago, spanning 1,400 hectares with 170 hectares of vineyards. Since 2004, the winery has produced wines exclusively from its own grapes, combining classic Alentejo varieties with noble national and international grape varieties. The modern winery facility, designed by architect Vítor Vaz and enologist Pedro Hipólito, blends contemporary functionality with the surrounding landscape.
