This intimate Pope Valley spot run by Trent Ghiringhelli and family keeps things small (1.7 acres!) to focus on balanced, lower alcohol wines that actually taste like where they're from, and their two-hour tours are the real deal. Trent himself walks you through everything while you nibble cheese and salami and taste their Sauvignon Blanc, Dangers red blend, and port-style Zinfandel.
