Gutter&Stars is Cambridge's urban winery, established by journalist and winemaker Chris Wilson in 2020. Located in the cool basement of a Grade II-listed 170-year-old smock mill, the winery produces small-batch, award-winning English wines including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Bacchus.
