About Grove Vineyards & Winery
Seven miles northeast of Greensboro in the Haw River Valley AVA, Grove Vineyards & Winery builds its program around European-style single vineyard wines. The house supports three wine club tiers, Barrel Run, The Haw River Twelve, and The All Access Wine Cellar Club, each structured around quarterly shipments. Club members bring up to four guests to complimentary tastings. The cellar hosts outdoor concerts, food trucks, and comedy nights.
