Grimm's Bluff began in 2010 when the Grimm family purchased 246 acres of bare land in Happy Canyon, Santa Ynez Valley. They planted their first vines in 2012. The 16-acre vineyard is certified organic. Ernst Storm is the winemaker, producing Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. The first harvest, Sauvignon Blanc, arrived in 2014. Private vineyard tours accommodate two to eight guests by appointment. Wine club members receive two shipments annually.
