Grál Borpince

About

Mucsi Zalán, a third-generation winemaker, fell in love with a ruined basement on the Pelzberg slope and transformed it into Grál Borpince, where he's been crafting small-batch wines since 2016. The organic vineyard grows Kékfrankos, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Kadarka using minimal intervention, spontaneous fermentation, and no filtering on the reds. You can taste it all with a cellar tour, dinner, and even stay overnight on the property.
