The preserves are prepared by hand in seasoned copper pans and made with fair trade organic cane sugar and organic lemon. The program includes award-winning jams, shrubs, and bitters. Farmette Peach preserves are produced in limited quantity of 184 jars once a year. The portfolio includes Hot Damn Pepper Jam, Rhubarb Lavender Spoon Preserves, Lemon Lavender Shrub, and Island Plum Shrub.
