About Giant Oaks Winery, LLC
Giant Oaks Winery operates from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, drawing grapes from California, Washington, Chile, and Pennsylvania into a customized processing cellar. Fruit arrives directly, no intermediaries or idle time. The program produces tens of thousands of bottles annually, each aged in American and French oak. Beyond wine, the house makes moonshine in twenty-seven flavors, from Apple Pie to Blood Orange to Butterscotch. Three event rooms, each seating fifty to seventy guests, host live entertainment Thursday through Sunday, with shows Thursday 6pm to 8pm, Friday and Saturday 6pm to 9pm, and Sunday 2pm to 5pm.
