Ibero Winery is a family winery founded by Shota Natroshvili in Vachnadziani village, Telavi Municipality, Kakheti, in 2002, set in the Alazani River Valley below the Gombori range. The cellar follows traditional Kakhetian qvevri winemaking, fermenting grapes and aging wine on full grape must in clay qvevri vessels, from five local varieties: Rkatsiteli, Khikhvi, Kisi, Kakhuri Mtsvane and Saperavi. The winery welcomes visitors for bookable qvevri tastings and Georgian feasts.
