Eddie Pease and Mark Myers opened Fringe Beerworks in Lee's Summit, the first brewery in the city's history. The taproom in Independence pours handcrafted beer, including In Crust We Trust. Open Sunday through Thursday noon to ten, Friday and Saturday noon to midnight.
