About Franz Schenk
Franz Schenk works from Engelmannsbrunn in Wagram. The program spans Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Weissburgunder, Roter Traminer, Zweigelt, St. Laurent, and Gemischter Satz, with recent releases including Grüner Veltliner FS1 2025, the vineyard-designated GV Hochrain and GV Fumberg 2025, and Riesling Riede Kirchensteig 2025. The cellar also holds Zweigelt Riede Welfel 2024 and St. Laurent Gösing 2018. The Stüberl tasting room hosts food at wine events and participates annually in the Wagram Abhof spring festival. The house earned recognition at NÖ Weinprämierung 2020 for Grüner Veltliner Fumberg.
