Between the Coeur d'Alene and Cabinet Mountains above the Lower Clark Fork river, Flynt Aero grows wine in Plains, Montana with soil first in mind. Cover crop, compost, reduced tillage. Integrated pest management replaces blanket spray. In the cellar, minimal intervention. The program makes unfiltered, unfined natural wines alongside table wine, fruit wine, and hard cider. Amy, a WSET Diploma candidate and American Wine Expert, is on staff. Tastings by reservation.
