This Mendoza winery was born from a partnership between Baron Edmond de Rothschild and Laurent Dassault, bringing together the Bordeaux expertise of Château Clarke and Château Dassault to chase exceptional terroir at the foot of the Andes. Built in 2003 and operational from the 2004 harvest, it's run with near-perfectionist attention to the vineyard, prioritizing both quality and environmental respect.
