Flaxman Wines is a family-run Eden Valley winery founded by Colin, a builder who purchased a vineyard in 2004 and transitioned to winemaking. The winery offers cellar door tastings, long leisurely lunches overlooking the vineyard, and tours with the winemaker, with hospitality provided by Colin and his wife Fiona.
