About
Flag Hill Winery in Lee, New Hampshire works with French-American hybrids and Minnesota hybrid grapes, building a portfolio around Cayuga White, La Crescent, Vignoles, and Niagara. The Cayuga White arrives lightly effervescent from arrested fermentation, semi-sweet to off-dry. La Crescent opens with honeydew, pineapple, and orange blossom. Crisp is a dry blend of Cayuga and La Crescent. Vignoles carries pineapple, exotic fruit, and pear. Flag Hill White, made from Cayuga, is dry. Beyond grape wines, the house produces fruit wines, fortified wine, and sparkling wines. The tasting room is open every day, year-round, with vineyard tours, outdoor seating, and food available.
