Bodega la Matilde spans 30,000 square meters across Valle de Traslasierra in Córdoba. Twenty-five hectares are dedicated to organic and biodynamic cultivation of vines, almonds, vegetables, aromatics, fruit trees, and olives. The property produces honey, compost, and vermicompost alongside 100% organic and biodynamic wines. Bodega la Matilde offers Restaurant DeAdobe, a Posada Rural, and countryside house accommodations. Visitors can enjoy guided visits and horseback rides.
