Finca El Molar is a family-run winery located in Fuentealbilla (Albacete) in the heart of the DOP Manchuela region. The project, now guided by Rus Jiménez as a generational transition, focuses on respecting the vineyard and maintaining a wine philosophy tied to place, working primarily with local varieties under organic viticulture and regenerative soil practices. The winery applies minimal intervention in the cellar, vinifying each parcel separately to produce honest wines that reflect the climate, soil, and singularity of their environment.
