Fiesta Vineyard and Winery

About

Fiesta Vineyard and Winery planted its first vines in spring 2010 on the historic Baxter Ranch, a six-generation family homestead in Cals Crossing, Lampasas County. The vineyard sits at 1,200 feet elevation within the Texas Hill Country AVA. The program draws fruit from partner vineyards including Diamante Doble Dos, Diamante Doble, Reddy, and Lahey. The portfolio spans Mourvèdre, Grenache, Tannat, and Cabernet Sauvignon, with Syrah joining in 2025. Three locations across Lometa, Fredericksburg Main Street, and Arch Ray serve the house.
