About

Thirty-seven acres in the Loess Hills south of North Platte, Feather River Vineyards stands among Nebraska's largest. Founded in 2001 by Jeff and Connie Brittan and Kurt and Jeanne Pieper, the winery building opened in 2006. The program includes Edelweiss, Seyval, Riesling, LaCrosse, St. Pepin, Maréchal Foch, Frontenac, St. Croix, and Marquette, with first wines released on site in September 2007. The tasting room, veranda, production area, lab, and offices welcome visitors daily from 1pm to 6pm, extending to 8pm on Fridays. No admission fee. Available for private parties, group tours, weddings, receptions, and dinners.
