The property spans over thirty hectares dedicated to vineyards, pear orchards, olive groves, and oak and chestnut forests, with cultivation focused on native varieties like Nerello Mascalese using organic methods. The vineyard includes three hectares of century-old vines and ten hectares planted in 2004, all within the Etna D.O.C. territory.
