About
Seven miles from downtown Traverse City in Leelanau County, Farm Club sits on the TART trail. The restaurant opens Tuesday through Sunday, noon to nine, rotating farm-fresh dishes built on vegetables grown across their properties. Ninety percent of what lands on the plate comes from their land. The bakery and market, open eight to eight the same days, bakes with organic Michigan grains milled on a stone mill on site, alongside fresh bread, pastries, and coffee. Corey Valdez, formerly an organic chemistry professor in New York and a three-year brewer at Jolly Pumpkin, leads the brewery. The program focuses on Lagers, contemporary IPAs, and Farmhouse Ales brewed with wild yeast harvested from the property. Caleb Lentz focuses on the cider program.
