About Fabbrica Pienza
Fabbrica Pienza is a winery in Val d'Orcia, Tuscany, dedicated to creating wines of strong identity that reflect the character of the territory through experimentation and innovation. The winery is housed in a historic ex-factory building and produces organic wines including Sangiovese, Syrah, and white varietals, with winemaking directed by Tim Manning since 2020.

Introductory tasting experience at Podere dell'Albergo wine shop featuring three or five wines and extra virgin olive oil, without cantina visit.
