About Erba Mountainside Vineyards

Matt Grove and Jim Obergefell founded Erba Mountainside Vineyards in Guerneville, Russian River Valley, anchoring their work in Equality Vines, the world's first cause wine portfolio dedicated to equality for all people. The program includes Cabernet Franc, Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Noir. Notable releases span Love Wins, the 2021 Decision Cabernet Franc, Stonewall Zinfandel, GYODC, Choice Sauvignon Blanc, and the 2014 The Decision Pinot Noir. Matt Grove, Jim Obergefell, and Melissa Kuhn are the winemakers. For every release, the house makes per-bottle cash donations to partner organizations dedicated to equality. The tasting room welcomes visitors and dogs alike at $35 per person.
