About Emmanuel Giboulot

Emmanuel Giboulot established the domain in Beaune in 1970. Fourteen hectares across Bourgogne, more than five in the Côte de Beaune appellation, have been farmed biodynamically since 1995. The second generation now stewards the work, producing 13 parcellaire cuvées that move between Beaune, Rully, Saint-Romain, the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, and broader Bourgogne designations. The program is dedicated to producing authentic and environmentally respectful wines. Visits by appointment.
