About Emerald Coast Winery
Emerald Coast Winery has been making wine in Destin since 1989. The program centers on Muscadine varieties, particularly Carlos and Noble grapes. Carlos Wine, award-winning, anchors the portfolio alongside Noble Wine and a Blush blend of both. The house also produces Wild Flower Breeze Sparkling, made from Carlos grapes and sweetened with wildflower honey, Vanilla Sherry Wine from estate Carlos Muscadines, and Winter Berry Breeze, available October through January. Beyond Muscadines, the cellar includes Chardonnay and Merlot made from California fruit.
