EM Rézio is an interactive house museum in Borba, Alentejo, housed in a 19th-century family home with 46 original clay pots (talhas) and a historic wine cellar. The museum combines ancestral talha wine production techniques dating back to Roman times with multimedia technology to educate visitors about regional winemaking heritage. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings, cheeses, and sausages in the atmospheric courtyard.
