Elixir Wine CO.

About

Kirk Ermisch founded Elixir Wine CO. in Bend in 2000, anchoring a portfolio that spans 26 family-owned estates across 9 countries. The flagship Ca' de Calle Centenario, a Grand Champion Best of Show winner at Houston Rodeo Uncorked, scores above 90 points from Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and James Suckling vintage after vintage. The program includes Bodega Calle in Mendoza, Argentina, established in 1925 and acquired by Ermisch in 2001 for restoration. Ermisch Cellars in Bend, operating since 2011, produces single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Oregon's Ribbon Ridge, Dundee Hills, and Chehalem Mountains, alongside Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from Walla Walla and Red Mountain. The portfolio spans Malbec, Syrah, Carménère, Chardonnay, Touriga Nacional, Tannat, Albariño, Riesling, Nebbiolo, Amarone, and Soave.
