The Watson family planted their first vines in Flemingsburg in 2005. David, Sue, Stephen, and Bradley began with 6,000 grapevines and over 100 blackberry vines across what would grow to over 10 acres. For nearly a decade, the vineyard supplied grapes to wineries across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. In 2014, they opened their own winery. The operation now includes a tasting room, a restaurant run by a husband and wife chef team, and wine processing facilities on-site. Overnight accommodations are available through Airbnb, including The Concord and The Chardonel. Wine ships to customers. The Early Bird Special offers 20% off Tuesday through Saturday from 4 to 5pm. Sundays, children 12 and under eat free at the restaurant.
