About Eastview Estate
Eastview Estate operates Dobson's Speakeasy, a tasting and cocktail bar at the distillery in Kentucky, New South Wales. The house produces gin, vodka, whiskey, and liqueurs on premises, including Blue Bird Gin, Dobson's New England Dry Gin, Dobson's Euphoria Absinthe, and Hopscotch Whiskey. Spirit tastings run seven days a week except public holidays. Distillery tours are available on request, time permitting. Food is served on weekends at lunch featuring fresh local produce and bookings are essential.
