Domaine Sérol is a family-owned winery in the Côte Roannaise region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, practicing biodynamic viticulture on 38 hectares of granite hillsides at 400-550 meters altitude. The domain specializes in Gamay Saint Romain, the historic local varietal, along with white wines from Viognier and Chenin, all produced with minimal intervention and indigenous yeasts.
