About Domaine Hubert Lamy
Hubert Lamy founded the domaine in 1973 across 18.5 hectares in Saint-Aubin. Olivier and Karine Lamy now lead the work, drawing from parcels in Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Santenay. Chardonnay dominates the program at 80% of production. High-density plantings and organic-approved treatments are used in the vineyard. Harvest is manual, with approximately 40 people moving through the vines. Each parcel is vinified separately, then aged for 24 months before bottling, whether white or red. The cellar includes Criots Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru Haute Densité.
