About Domaine Garnier & Fils

Xavier Garnier and Jérôme Garnier established their domaine in 1992 in Ligny-le-Châtel, planting 25 hectares across Petit-Chablis and Chablis terroirs. The chai, its first stone laid that same year, expanded within three years to accommodate bottle storage. The work centers on Chardonnay, vinified with indigenous yeasts and aged 12 to 30 months. Since 2024, the vineyard has been certified organic.
