François Lumpp worked as a vintner in Givry from 1977 before founding his domaine in 1991 with four hectares. The program has grown to 9.5 hectares across Givry's premier cru sites. Today, François, Isabelle, Pierre, and Anne-Cécile Lumpp work together, with Pierre joining as an associate in 2014. The portfolio centers on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. A Vigne Rouge, a premier cru Pinot Noir across 2.45 hectares, and Crausot, a premier cru Chardonnay on 0.63 hectares, anchor the house's expression of the appellation.
