Fermentation runs 12 to 15 days. Barrel ageing follows over approximately 16 months, with 80% new oak for grand crus, 50% for village wines, and 30% for regional wines. Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot also work with terroirs in Cazelles in Minervois. The domaine operates guest houses in Vosne-Romanée and Beaune, offers vineyard tours, and maintains a tasting room. Sixty percent of wine is exported, 20% reserved for cellarmasters and restaurants, and 20% sold directly to individual connoisseurs.
