About

Eric and Ruthann Haider, who met while serving in the US Army, established Deux Soldats in Walla Walla. The estate began with ten acres of sustainably farmed French Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec, with plans to plant three acres of Cabernet Franc. Dave Harvey, the winemaker, brings over twenty-eight years of Washington State experience, having worked across Townshend Cellars, Gordon Brothers, Terra Blanca, Bergevin Lane, and Red Band Cellars. The program includes a tasting room with barrel storage and a Date Night Club membership offering six bottles annually, two complimentary tastings per year, and a fifteen percent discount on wines and merchandise.
