This family-owned spot between St. Helena and Calistoga is all about serious Cabernet Sauvignon, aged patiently in oak and bottle until they're just right. Tastings are by appointment with Ignacio Jr., who comes from serious vineyard pedigree (his dad's been working Napa since 1972).
