Del Rios Winery is a family-owned estate located in the Moorabool Valley near Geelong, Victoria, established in 1996 by Gus and Esther del Rio. The winery produces handcrafted wines using wild yeast fermentation and French oak barrels, with a focus on elegant and refined expressions of cool-climate varietals including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Marsanne. The vineyard sits on volcanic soils with limestone base on the foothills of an extinct volcano, offering a unique terroir that shapes the character of their wines.
