This Calistoga gem rebuilt itself from the ashes, literally: a 1900s winery destroyed by fire got a stunning second life when Mike and Sandy Davis completed a new winery, cave, and hospitality center in 2016, complete with a restored barn and cave-aged Cabernet Sauvignon that'll make you understand the hype.

90-minute experience including a tour of the historic property, Calistoga vineyard, estate grounds, and 11,000 square feet of caves designed by Howard Backen. Cabernet Sauvignon AVA Exploration
